A bright and comfortable double room is available in a spacious, well-kept flat with a large shared living/dining area, separate kitchen and plenty of natural light.

The bedroom is a good size with space for a double bed, desk/work-from-home setup, chest of drawers and clothes storage. It has a large window overlooking greenery, so it gets plenty of daylight while still feeling private.

The flat has a particularly generous living room with a large sofa, dining table and direct access to the balcony/outdoor space. It’s a proper communal area rather than somewhere everyone disappears into their bedrooms, but the flat is also big enough to have your own space when you want it.

There’s a separate fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and appliances, plus a bathroom and separate WC, which makes sharing much easier in the mornings.

The flat has a relaxed, homely feel with lots of plants, books and character. I’m looking for someone who wants to treat it as their home rather than simply somewhere to sleep — ideally clean, considerate and easy-going.
