Bills include fast fibre broadband (38 - 40Mbps download speed). Fortnightly cleaning is a reasonable extra £30 pcm.
Great transport links, 3 stops to London Bridge on the train. Overground and Southern train lines, multiple bus routes.
House is large, in quiet area, with conservatory, private garden, and beautiful, secluded wood to the rear with a newly renovated tennis court. Also shared with my cat. Cat lovers or experience living with cats sought!!
