It is about 10-12 minutes walk to Forest Hill station and a few minutes walk to bus stops. Tesco is 5-7 minutes and Sainsbury's is about 10 minutes walk. Washing machine, very comfortable Japanese mattress, a lot of storage supplied. Sharing with a female ex-journalist turned translator who works from home till late and starts working from 10am till 8pm. Ideal lodger would be a full time student/professional. No visitors policy.
