Light and airy rooms in mature and creative house.

This is a mature and creative household, easy going and clean. Two double rooms in a light open plan house with a garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. Once the two rooms are rented you will often have the house to yourself as the the two other housemates commute between London and Suffolk. There is a visiting teenager at times who cannot be relied on to be tidy but she's sweet and moody and there for part of the school holidays..
The house is convenient for both Peckham and Dulwich and its on the overground line midway between Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations.

Anyone studying a post grad, I think you'd be a great fit.
