Light and airy rooms in mature and creative house.

2 small but lovely double rooms in a light house with a garden.. This is a small open plan four bedroomed house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. We have a friendly local community that has outside space, and growing areas.
Once the two rooms are rented you will largely have the house to yourself as the the two other housemates are away a lot. This is a mature somewhat studious household, easy going and clean that sometimes enjoys a shared usually veggie meal. We are environmentaly minded so lots of gardening goes on, and the houseplants can get too big. Its a great place to live because we take responsibility for running the house and for creating a kind and fun atmosphere. Oh yes and there is a visiting teenager at times who cannot be relied on to be tidy but she's sweet and moody and funny and only occasionally there.
Anyone studying a post grad, or from XR I think you'd be a great fit.

Does this set up sound a bit unusual - I think it might be. Our last house mates stayed for two years and loved the place and us so I think for the right people it'll work well for everyone.
This is a long term let so getting it right for everyone is important Then we can create a stable and homely place for everyone..
