Light and airy rooms in mature and creative house.

This is a mature and creative household, easy going and clean. Two double rooms in a light open plan house with a garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac road. You will often have the house to yourself as the the two other housemates commute between London and Suffolk. We are all busy busy most of the time but the kitchen is big and social and we like to sit round the table to eat or chat too. There is the option of having friends to stay as there is often a room spare to use. We're pretty vegetarian although not completely and no one is going to be offended if you're not.
The house is convenient for both Peckham and Dulwich and its on the overground line midway between Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations.

Anyone studying a post grad, I think you'd be a great fit.
