1 Bed Available in a 3 Bed Cozy Flat

Hey everyone,

One of our flatmates is sadly moving out, which means a room in our place will be available from August 15th (potentially earlier), but would need to pass details on by July 1st for tenancy checks. There is also flexibility to move in by September 15th if needed.

About us:

You’ll be living with me (28) and Begum (27), who became friends from living in this flat for the last year.

On paydays we often grab a pint at the local pub, or we are sat on the sofa watching any new series or films.

I love reading, watching football, and exploring the local parks and area.

Begum loves swimming, cooking and going to the cinema.

I am a community speech and language therapist in South East London, and Begum is a film teacher in Islington.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and good vibes.

We have put a lot of love and care into the place and hope that our next housemate is keen to do the same :)

About the room:
-large, spacious, double room
-excellent natural light ☀️

Location:
-Quiet and residential street a 5-minute walk from Honor Oak Park Overground station
-Close to Brockley with lots of great cafes, bars and pubs

Transport:
~15 minutes walk to Brockley/ Crofton Park
~Lots of buses right outside going to Peckham/New Cross/ Catford/ Forest Hill

P. S we are not a party house but we love BBQ’s in the garden !

Bills are approximately £150 per month- inc council tax (gas and electricity fluctuates month to month with usage).

Rent: £860 pcm
