Beautiful double room available

We are looking to rent out a lovely double room in our beautiful and much cared for, Edwardian house. The ideal person would be female, non smoking, vegetarian or pescatarain, tidy, quiet and self contained. If not vegetarian, we do not have pork or shellfish in the house.

There is use of a shower room and washing machine plus a large kitchen/diner. There is also a lovely, south facing garden.

We are quiet and friendly people and also like our own space. You would be welcome to have people to visit but we do not allow overnight stays.

We live in a very peaceful and green are in walking distance to Alexandra Palace, Highgate, Queens Wood and local parks. Hornsey overground station is nearby and there are buses at the end of our road which go to Finsbury Park tube. From Muswell Hill there are other buses into town and Highgate Tube is within walking distance.
