Beautiful double room available

We are offering a lovely, well-lit, south facing double room in our beautiful, quiet, family house. We are looking for a non-smoking, professional female who would appreciate living in a peaceful environment. The room is at the back of the house overlooking our beautiful garden, and is across the hall from a shower/toilet room.
There is a large kitchen leading out to the garden. We do not eat seafood or pork in the house and would prefer a vegetarian tenant.
We are seeking someone who is independent, house proud, quiet, and tidy. We are helpful and friendly but also like our own space and will respect yours too.
The house is situated in a lovely part of North London, close to parks, Highgate Wood and Alexandra Palace. We are also close to the Overground, bus routes into town and the Underground. Friends are welcome to visit but no overnight stays.
