Hi. I'm Lorraine. I am seeking two new flatmates to move in 1st of February 2026 and share this spacious flat.

Both rooms are very large 4m x 4m UNFURNISHED double bedrooms, one is located upstairs in our 2 floor flat and the other is located downstairs. Please get in touch asap to arrange a viewing.

I am looking for two new flatmates that can commit to a year lease and hopefully wants to stay longer. Right to Rent & reference checks will be carried out by our real estate agent.

About the flat….

- It has a large communal lounge with dining area, large bathroom and small kitchen.
- The two bedrooms up for grabs are large, UNFURNISHED rooms. You’ll need your own bed & bedroom furniture. It’s 4m x 4m – offering great scope for you to customise the layout with furnishings. Anna is offering her tall wardrobes for free if interested. Up to you.

Rent, bills, deposit….

- Rent is very reasonable at £667 pcm each. Utility bills, council tax (band D) & broadband are paid on top of the rent.

- On average, it ends up at approx £775 to £800 per month with rent and all bills together, swaying a tad higher in winter based on how much heating is on.

- You’ll need to pay a 1 month deposit up front, which goes into a deposit protection scheme. I believe it's around £600. The letting agency will confirm.

Location / transport….

- The flat is on Church Lane N8, Hornsey, zone 3. It is a 15 min walk to either Crouch End Broadway or Turnpike Lane tube station.
- The local area has shops, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and a big Sainsburys 8 min walk
- Transport is super close – a 3 min walk from Hornsey national rail station (goes to Finsbury Park, Highbury Islington, Essex Road, Old Street, Moorgate), a 15 min walk to Turnpike Lane tube station. Lots of buses too (41, 144, 91, 29, 141)
- Lots of green spaces and parks nearby, including Alexander Palace and Priory Park

The people….

- Lorraine (me) is seeking a flatmate approx age range 30 – 45 who is friendly, considerate, clean & tidy, responsible and fair when it comes to pitching in around the flat.

- I work in the arts (live music)

- This is a comfortable home with a chilled-out vibe. It's not a party household. No smoking in the flat and no pets.

- Graeme lived here for 5 years and is now moving in with his girlfriend and Anna has lived here for a year and is moving to Brighton. So, I am looking for 2 new, friendly people to share with.
