Hello I'm James and looking for a housemate for my second room with a move in date from the 26th of September.

The flat is in Hornsey and very handily located, only a 4 minute walk from Hornsey Station which has a direct train to Finsbury Park / H&I / the City. Its a 10 minute walk up Crouch End, similarly 10-12 minute walk to Turnpike Lane and 20 minutes up to Alexandra Palace.

The room comes furnished with wardrobe, bedside lamp & table and bed which can be used as single or double with storage space beneath.

The flat itself is a ground floor of a three storey building with a large living space, separate kitchen, one shared bathroom and garden.

About me / what I'm looking for:

I'm 34 year old professional working in engineering. I am looking for a friendly, tidy and relaxed flatmate.
I work typically 3 or 4 days in the office and would be looking for someone on a similar work pattern.
I am quite sporty enjoying doing the local park runs (Ally Pally is fun despite the hill) and a member of a local squash club.
I also enjoy going to some of great local pubs for a relaxed beer and cooking.

Rent: £800 per month (excl. bills)
Bills: ~£200 per month approximately (noting Council tax band D)
Deposit: £800
