Hey! I'm moving out (to live with a smelly boy, tragic) so my bright double on Tottenham Lane, Hornsey is up for grabs!

Available: 1st Nov or earlier, we're flexible.

The room: Big, light-filled double, unfurnished, though I'm selling some furniture if you want it.

The cost: £700 pcm, roughly £820-£850 with bills. That covers WiFi, electricity and council tax. Deposit £800

Getting around: Hornsey station is about 2 mins away (under 20 mins to King's Cross) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) is about 10 mins on foot. The 41, 91, W3 and 144 buses are close by, plus night buses.

The flat: You'll be living with Kelly (hospitality legend) and Mia (charity sector queen), plus two beautiful cats, Haku and Bee, who will absolutely claim you as theirs. There's a washing machine (no dryer) and a shared garden.

The vibe: Not a party house, but social. Think wine in the kitchen and film nights on the sofa. We've become genuinely good friends, which is why I'm so sad to leave.
You: Friendly, tidy-ish, and happy to live with cats (sorry, no allergies!)
