My housemate is moving out so looking for someone to join a new tenancy with me.
There’s a shower/bath, a separate loo, shared living room, kitchen, shoe cupboard, linens cupboard, shared huge garden and it’s in a quiet and leafy area of Crouch End.
I’m looking for someone who is chilled, not someone who goes out loads or stays up super late but who enjoys cooking, chatting when we feel like it etc.
I work from home a lot but there is a separate desk.
My current housemate is unfortunately taking all her furniture, so we would have to Facebook marketplace the house.
Bills come to about £200 pp per month, and we’re in the Haringey council tax area.
The whole flat is being redecorated this month by our lovely landlord, he’s super on it and I’ve loved living here the last year!
Area feels safe, you can walk into Crouch End in minutes and to Finsbury Park in just 20 mins. Also easily walkable to Archway/Holloway.
