Hey there! We’re Lindsey & Rachel, and we’re looking for a third person to join our lovely, bright, modern, East London home.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
This is a gorgeous two-floor house. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, big living room, outdoor patio, lots of storage, hardwood floors. All the fixings of a modern home (dishwasher, laundry, etc.). It’s located right by Hackney City Farm, and is a 5 minute walk from Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market. Closest transport is Hoxton overground (10 mins), as well as Bethnal Green, Cambridge Heath, Shoreditch High Street, and the 55 bus is right across the street.
The place is extremely roomy, bright and a vibe! The bedroom itself is quite large, can easily fit a bed (comes with a double bed) and a desk, and has a big window in it. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Lindsey that is spacious and modern (and she’s the cleanest person you’ll ever live with).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Lindsey’s been living in the house for a year, and her two housemates are moving out. Rachel will be taking one of the rooms and now we’re looking for our third housemate - someone who really wants to make this a home with us.

This will be perfect for you if you have a job that means you’re not home 100% of the time, but also want to come back to a space that’s clean and cozy, and with housemates you can trust. We want our space to be beautiful, and we want to invest in it so that it’s a place we truly feel at home in.
ABOUT US:
We’re two very friendly Canadians (from Toronto)! Rachel’s been in London for 9 years, and Lindsey for 2. Rachel is Managing Director of a social impact strategy consultancy and Lindsey is a Senior Marketing Manager in the health sector. We both have big jobs that keep us busy (WFH 3-4 days / week), big circles of friends, and a love for cooking, Grey’s Anatomy, travelling, trying new restaurants, fun nights out and having friends over (without this being a full on party house). We also a love the idea of cute dinner parties with candles and good food and good people.
