Hi!! We are looking for a new roommate for our friendly little flat in Haggerston. New housemate would ideally be a sociable professional who is keen to socialise with current housemates, but is also tidy and respectful.
The flat is a lovely small 3 bed in Haggerston, a stones throw from the overground, and good connections to Hackney and Central London. Bills are not included in the rent, but come to around £150. Band D Council Tax. The room is a small furnished double, so new housemate should be comfortable in the communal areas to get the most out of the flat.
Current flatmates are both 25, we hang out regularly, either to watch TV, go to the pub, or other social activities. We are both very chill so finding someone to fit in shouldn't be a challenge.
We work from home a few days a week, so will need someone who is ok sharing communal spaces quite regularly.
We have no preference on Gender/Profession, so reach out and tell us a little about you, we are excited to get to know you!
