It's a 4 bedroom flat that stretches across two floors. Bills come round to £125 a month

Eman is an actress / musician and working at an international dev. org

Joanna works at international curators foundation in the arts

We're all quite creative people but also super busy and work from home most days, sometimes coworking in the living room together but we do our own thing <3 In the evenings, we like to watch TV together here and there or cook together when time allows. So all in all a very relaxed vibe. xxx

We all adhere to a working professional 9-5 clock, so it's definitely not a party house! We're wholesome people who like to catch up in the living room while cooking or binge a show together, but regularly we all have our own routine/life. We have a cleaner that comes biweekly, so it's 20 pounds extra for that. Otherwise, we're quite considerate of the space and always clean up after ourselves!

We all prioritise self-care in some shape or form and are quite considerate of people's schedules/noise levels. Most of us are early risers, which means we definitely are considerate of that as well, but overall we're all quite diverse in our personalities but share love and warmth for the flat.
