Large double room available in Hoxton/Old street

Looking for someone to take the large double bedroom of our 3 bed.

Bills are variable but approx £50 (summer) & £100 (winter) p/m because of the heating and hot water surge. This doesn't include council tax (£50 each p/m) but at present the landlord is obliged to cover this so we're not paying that right now.

Looking for someone that values cleanliness and respects shared spaces and wants to contribute to making the house a nice vibe. Someone with a busy lifestyle and active schedule would be great for the house, and communication is very important to mee!
Would be keen to have a girl in and someone aged 28-33

Really just wanting something that feels easy going and maintains a friendly atmosphere at home

We'd do maybe 3 months and then check in to see how things are going for everyone, and maybe again after a year or so if things were working out:)

House is lovely and landlord pretty chilled. Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed frame, clothing rail and two shelves as seen in the pic. Shared areas of the house are mostly furnished but we'd be looking for someone wanting to contribute to these bits and bobs.
