Hi potential new flatmate!
The room available for rent is a standard double bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe, semi-furnished with a double bed and side table , & opens directly onto a large balcony (shared with one other person). You’ll share a half-bath with one female, and there is a large open plan kitchen & living room as common shared space. The flat includes a washer/dryer, & dishwasher in the unit.
The building itself is stunning and modern, with a concierge for mail collection, a lobby with couches and wifi as well as a pool table and other games, an outdoor shared courtyard, a well-equipped gym, bike storage, and a cinema room!
The flat is right across the street from Hoxton Overground Station, 10 minutes from Old Street Underground, and a 20 minute walk from Liverpool Street - Very well connected.

Your new flatmates:
Jack and Faith - We’re a couple, sharing the largest room with an ensuite. Jack works in marketing, currently in the Web3 world (Crypto). English born and raised in Oxford, he loves cooking and sharing a meal, is happily social, & a workaholic. He’s very kind and considerate, tidy, and a great flatmate & friend. He and Kayleigh (see below) have shared houses for the last 3 years. Faith, American, is a singer/songwriter, musician & model. She loves going to museums, wine bars, and books/reading - Overall anything artsy or cultural! She splits her time between London & NY (& soon Paris), so there will be times there isn’t a full house. As a couple we’re super easy-going, fun & social.

Kayleigh, whom you’ll share a balcony and bathroom with, is a fun loving, friendly and sweet girl working as a relationships manager. Very clean, punctual, and all around incredibly lovely. Easy to talk to & share a glass of wine with, you’ll want to be her best friend instantly.

The room is available on September 30th - We’re looking for someone to join a new lease, with basic reference checks taking place over the next little bit.
