Lovely Double Room near Hoxton Station

We're looking for someone to take over the current tenant's room, as she's moving to Paris.

The room is a furnished double bedroom, including a double bed, desk, clothes rail, and chest of drawers, and is minutes from Shoreditch Triangle.
Lots of trees around and also minutes from
Columbia Road Flower Market. There's a washing machine in the flat as well. The flat isn't the most modern, but it's otherwise in good condition and has everything you need for comfortable living. One shower/ bath and a separate toilet. Lots of storage.

You'll be living with two young professionals: a 27-year-old guy working in fintech and a 25-year-old girl working in fashion. We're a relatively quiet household, but we're also social and enjoy spending time together. We have a good balance between being friendly and giving each other space, and we're respectful of closed doors and personal time.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Heating is included in the rent, while Wi-Fi, electricity and water are paid separately.
