Double room in Hoxton

Looking for someone to join the flat family!

ROOM:

The double room has a large built in wardrobe; within it is a set of draws, laundry basket, hooks etc. It comes furnished with a shelf, full-length mirror, bedside table, and double bed. Enough room in it if you wanted to put a desk for WFH situations.

Add another £100 to the total if you're a couple

LOCATION:

A ten minute stroll to Old street underground or Hoxton overground, with various buses right on our doorstep. Shoreditch Park across the road and multiple gyms, offies and shops nearby. Walking distance to Bricklane, Shoreditch, Columbia Flower markets and the canals, its hard to be bored living in Hoxton!

THE FLAT:

On the fourth floor (with an elevator for when you need it!), it's a bright and airy place that has a comfy living room with a dining table and all the mod cons in the kitchen. Bathroom is a seperate toilet & shower/bath - great water pressure. We have a balcony that gets all the afternoon sun and has been used nonstop during sunny beautiful days

THE CREW:

2 girlies. Into the standard stuff: Food, travel, and an occasional Netflix binge.

Izzy from the 'North' - enjoys a good session of crocheting and baking up a storm. Not averse to cheese & wine.

Tyra from London - enjoys travelling, cooking and a good games night. Competition is key.

We are a sociable bunch and looking for someone to join us for a cold drink on the balcony pub, but not against anyone heading straight to their room after a hectic day.

POTENTIAL FLATTIE:

Looking for someone that has the same vibe as us; relaxed, tidy and loves a good laugh. If you think you fit the bill send a message telling a bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing ( we are aiming for this to be on Thursday 17th from 6pm onwards)
