Hi there, my flatmate is sadly moving out of London so there’s a room available in our flat.

It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath in Haggerston, a couple of minutes from Shoreditch Park, in a quiet side street a short walk away from the bars and cafes of Dalston and Hoxton. One street back from the canal, the flat has great views and is an amazing location. It’s a 3 minute walk to Haggerston (Windrush line) and 1 min to a bus stop. Location is so good I do a lot of walking instead of transport!

The flat benefits from a spacious living room, little balcony, good storage and a big separate kitchen. It’s well noise insulated and generally a great flat! We deal with everything through an agency and they’re responsive and helpful on the couple of times we’ve needed anything.

About me - I’m 35 and work in tech. I’m into music and I read, gym and cook in my spare time. I’m looking for someone to have the odd beer or mix with but also who has their own stuff going on. The flat is clean and tidy so preferably someone who will keep it that way with me.
