Due to a change in my accommodation plans, I am looking for an eligible student to take over my Platinum Penthouse Plus at iQ Hoxton. This room type is currently sold out on the official iQ website.

This is an official iQ tenancy takeover, not a private sublet. The replacement tenant will complete the tenancy directly with iQ Student Accommodation.

Rent: £570/week – £15 below the current official iQ rate (£585/week), with all bills included.
Current tenancy: 28 September 2026 – 4 September 2027
Move-in date: Flexible / can be discussed

Room & Layout

This is a spacious duplex studio arranged over two levels, which separates the main living/study area from the sleeping area and gives the room much more privacy than a conventional open-plan studio.

The lower floor contains the main living area, study space, dining area, private kitchen and bathroom.

The upper floor is a dedicated sleeping area with a large bed and bedside unit. There is space to access and move around the bed comfortably.

The separation between the two floors is especially useful if you prefer keeping your sleeping space separate from studying, cooking and daily life.
