Double Bed Near Old St - Move in Date 15th Oct

Hi there,

I've recently moved in and I'm looking for a second person to take the double room near Old Street station, as my current housemate is leaving mid-October.

The room is £1,000pcm excluding bills (reckon roughly £200 a month on top). The tenancy starts 15th October and that date is fixed, but you're welcome to move in later if that suits you better.

It's a 2-bed, so it's just the two of us. I'm after someone chilled and easy to get on with, since in a small place like this it makes a real difference if you actually enjoy each other's company.
