I am looking for someone to replace me in a 3-bedroom flat in Hoxton.
The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in closet.
The rent is £800 plus council tax Band B. Wifi is about £9 pounds per month. Deposit is £961.61; the total deposited is shared equally between flatmates even though rents depend on room size. The house has a shared bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Current flatmates include a lawyer (F; 25) and a designer (M; 35). They’re both quite social but respectful of personal space.
The street is filled with quirky bars and cafés, with Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by for daily needs. Liverpool Street, Old Street, Shoreditch High Street and Brick Lane are all walking distance from
the house.
Bus connectivity is good: 243, 149, 55, 26, 394 to name a few.
Hoxton overground is the nearest tube station.

Rent is paid out every 15th of the month. The room is available from 15 November; but, I can be a bit flexible about it. With the new renter’s right bill, tenancy is rolling.

Landlady is super sweet. She is aware of my reasons to leave and can swiftly get you on the tenancy agreement provided your references are approved.
