Looking for a currently enrolled student to take over my tenancy at Will Wyatt Court, a popular purpose-built student accommodation in Shoreditch/Hoxton (N1). I’m moving out soon, so this is a tenancy takeover - you’d take over my contract directly with the building.

The room:

- Bronze Ensuite - private bathroom, fully furnished
- £315/week, all bills included (This is an excellent discount rate now, as the current rate is sitting at £335 per week. I also already paid the booking fee)
- Shared kitchen with flatmates

The building:
- Super social atmosphere - easy to make friends
- Tons of amenities - cinema room, pool table, ping pong table, vending machine, comfortable common areas, study areas
- Huge laundry room with tons of washers and dryers

The location:
- Shoreditch is one of the coolest areas in London - amazing food, nightlife, culture, bars, clubs, vintage shops, etc.
- Well connected by transport to plenty of universities
- My commute to LSE was just 12 minutes by bike

Who Can Apply:
- Any current student enrolled in university. You'll need to pass Will Wyatt Court's standard eligibility checks, and then we can complete the tenancy takeover process
