My partner Sohyun and I are moving out of our lovely en-suite room in Cumberland Mills, Island Gardens, and we're looking for someone to take over.

We've lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed our time in the flat. It's a peaceful place to live, with great transport connections and plenty of green spaces nearby.

The room is a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with:

- Double bed

- Private en-suite bathroom with shower

- Study/work desk

- Large built-in wardrobe, plus additional wardrobe space elsewhere in the flat

The room is part of a 3-bedroom flat, with shared access to:

- A spacious kitchen and living room with a television

- Plenty of storage space throughout the flat and in the garage

- A separate corridor area outside the flat for shoe storage

- All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

- The flat is located within a gated residential development with a concierge service for parcel collection.

It's quiet, green, and perfect if you enjoy walks, cycling, or spending time outdoors.

- Island Gardens

- Millwall Park

- Mudchute Farm

- Beautiful riverside walks along the Thames, with views towards Greenwich

Despite being surrounded by nature, it's very well connected to Canary Wharf, the City, and Central London.

- 2-minute walk to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, giving easy access to Greenwich

- 5-minute walk to Island Gardens DLR station

- Around 30 minutes to Bank

- Around 40 minutes to King's Cross

- 2-minute walk to the Christ Church bus stop, with connections towards Canary Wharf and the City

- D7 towards Mile End (approximately 30 minutes to Queen Mary University of London)

- 135 towards Old Street

- 2-minute walk: Two convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a laundrette

- A larger convenience store near Island Gardens station
