One double room to let to a House mate/Lodger

Greetings future House mate/Lodger!

I am female and called Euphemia (Phemy for short - pronounced Femi) and share my beautiful home with 2 other room mates and my partner.

I'm mostly your live-in Caretaker and see to it that all the bills are paid on time, that all repairs are promptly carried out and that the house is kept peaceful, clean, secure and everyone is respectful of each other's space and privacy.

All lodgers/housemates must keep their rooms and the shared areas of the house clean and tidy - especially after cooking, showering/bathing, having friends round etc.

Before moving in, you will be required to pay one month's deposit along with one month's rent in advance. Thereafter, the rent must be paid ON TIME every month via a standing order. Failure to do so WILL result in notice being given to move out.

I am a Care Assistant and have a Social Science degree which means I'm happy to provide a free listening ear when not at work. My aim is to provide you with a happy, safe and productive home in which you will thrive. Your privacy and that of your fellow room mates, is also very important to me.

Our 5 roomed house is spacious, beautiful, warm, clean and is in a nice, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We are surrounded by lots of woodland and big parks. A gym is minutes away as are tennis, football and skating courts. Cally swimming pool is also minutes walk away.

Public transportation are easily accessable. We are 5 minutes walk from Caledonian tube station and 15 minutes walk from Camden Town station.

Along with your own double room, you will have access to two gardens - front and back, 2 brand new toilets, a brand new bathroom with a shower, a large brand new kitchen and a very large living room.

Included in your rent of £900.00 per month is 24/7 access to fast broadband. Your gas, electricity and water usage bills are also included. You will be required to pay one month's rent in advance plus one month's rent as a refundable deposit - all being well when you leave.

You will also need to provide a reference from your current address as well as proof of right of residence in the UK such as a student card, your NHS number etc.

The room is available to move into now so hoping to hear from you soon before it goes to someone else!
