Great location double room

Hi everyone reading my ad. I have lived in Angel Islington for over 30 years i been on Spareroom since 2017. The room advertised it all bills included and Wi-Fi. It okay to work from home that why it at the price. For the pcm. It’s a female only accommodation. The area is well located with easy access for transport underground and buses to get about. The angel shopping centre has a Vue and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. There are bike availability around the corner of the street. It a nice area there a garden at the house it nice in the summer time to sit outside and relax with a glass of wine. There an agreement that’s need to be filled out we both get to keep a copy.
