The flat is in good order, with a sunny lounge, modern bathroom and kitchen. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and hanging rail. While there is no cupboard, there is a small hallway closet just outside the bedroom for hanging clothes/extra storage.
About me: I’m a 35 year old male who works in the city Monday-Thursday and at home on Friday. During the evenings I am either in the flat or seeing friends. I’m quiet, clean and considerate. The room would be well suited to someone who is typically at work during the week, and is happy having a catch up in the evenings as opposed to someone who would want to lock themselves in their rooms. Though equally, fully recognise people want their space sometimes.
