Your double bedroom
- A large light-filled, double. Partially furnished bedroom within a green plant friendly 3 bedroom home.
- Your bedroom is ground floor with a large sash window overlooking a garden.
- Bedroom furniture includes double bed frame (from the photo), pale grey wardrobe and pale grey thermal/blackout blind. The room has recently been painted white. Talk to me if an partially furnished room is an issue. The current flatmate may sell some of her furniture.

The House
- A well kept tidy, clean, friendly, double story home with lots of plants and generously sized rooms.
- Front garden with picnic bench and we have sun loungers.
- Rear external space with barbecue, seating area, plants and fairy lights.
- Kitchen with coffee machine, George Forman grill, fully kitted out.
- Separate living/dining room with sofa and dining table.
- Large shared bathroom with bath and shower.

Location
- Islington (bordering Dalston/Hackney).
- 4 min walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overgrounds and major supermarkets including M&S, large Sainsburys, Aldi, Iceland, Tesco and Ridley road market. You will not go hungry :)
- 20 min walk to Clissold Park.

Terms
- Bills not included. Typically £90-130/month approx.
- Notice period 4 weeks.

About you
- Someone who is friendly and easy going.
- Aged between 30-50.
- A professional, employed in stable full-time work.
- Clean/tidy.

About us
We are lucky to share a friendly, happy cottage home. I am an architect, I’m into plants, like fixing/making thing and have made the outside planters and some furniture inside. I like to cook sometimes but not brilliant 🙈 working on it, exercising & go for walks, explore london on weekends. We are often out at gym etc and like to relax at home also. I’ve set the house up so there are sofas/seating areas in most rooms creating lots of chill out spaces both inside and outside. The house is kept clean and tidy. We sometimes eat outside the back on the rear outside table. We are also happy to chill out ourselves and watch tv, relax and recharge. I’d be up for dinner together & glass of wine sometimes too. All of the rooms are fairly spacious. The male flatmate is my partner, very sporty, friendly.
