15 mins walk to Kings Cross / Granary Square,
10 mins to Caledonian Road Station and 2mins from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury (On the over ground). Off the main road in quiet block of flats. Local shops such as Co-op, costa, bars and restaurants are all less than 5min walk. A little further 15min walk to Upper Street Angel.

The flat has been completely refurbished including new underfloor heating, boiler, ensuite, kitchen, finishes throughout and a private garden. The private garden leads onto a big open green area which is nice for relaxing in summer. We enjoy exercise/gym/sport, getting out and about, Normally would travel quite regularly between work and weekends away.

We have a very friendly cat called Kobe.
Flatmate Preference
Looking for someone friendly and easy going who are happy to share in a flat but at the same time enjoy their own space. Laid-back, similar interest types and will treat the flat like a home.
