Hey, we’re Gwen (33) and Abbi (30). We’re looking for a new roommate to join us in our beautiful 3 bedroom flat situated in Finsbury Park.

Full Description of Property: The flat is situated on the second floor of a terraced building. The bedroom advertised is on the first level of the flat, where there is also one bathroom & the kitchen/ lounge area (as per floor plan). The bedroom is unfurnished, but has space for a double bed, storage and a desk. The downstairs bathroom will essentially be yours, as Gwen and I mostly use the upstairs bathroom.

The lounge/kitchen is fully furnished (as per photos). You’re welcome to bring anything to add to the kitchen but there’s also no need to buy anything as we share kitchen utensils etc!

Property is conveniently located 5 min walk to Finsbury Park underground station, which has access to Piccadilly & Victoria lines as well as national rail services!

The flat is a short walk from a PureGym & a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s only a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park itself, which is great for summer evenings!

About Gwen & I: We’re friends who love going out to restaurants and pubs as much as we love staying in for a movie night with chocolate & a bottle of wine! The vibe of the flat is very cosy and socialable, so we’re looking for someone who treats the flat as their home & wants to join us for chilled evenings watching tv and chatting. Equally, we do respect each other’s space and alone time. We’re looking for a housemate who tidies up after themselves and equally contributes to cleaning the communal areas, as we like a wholesome, well-kept home.
