And is available Monday - Friday ONLY.

My home is pretty peaceful and has a relaxing vibe to it. I keep it clean and tidy and as long as you clean up after yourself, we'll get along fine.

The area is safe and only a 10/12 minute walk to both Kings Cross and Angel Tube Station, Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground is also a short walk away (10 mins)
Buses to Archway, Hampstead, Highbury & Islington, Kings Cross, London Bridge, Moorgate & Trafalgar Square are a 7 minute walk away.

Shared bathroom (with myself) and a fully equipped kitchen for occasional use.

I'm a friendly, approachable, creative person would describe myself as a social introvert, a somewhat dry sense of humour and many passions - not least writing, reading, diy, and taking care of my currently limited collection of plants. I hope to change that..
I currently work part-time and the rest of the time I'm usually absorbed in one creative project or another.

Ideally you will be mature, friendly, easy-going, have a sense of humour, considerate of others and their space, and will leave kitchen/bathroom as you'd wish to find them.

The room is ideal for weekday stays, ideally for a maximum of 3 nights. The rent is £150pw and any extra nights would need to be arranged in advance and charged at £50 per night, bills and WiFi included.

The area is very well served with transport links, shops, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, a pay per month gym, a cinema, GP surgery, hospital and library's in the vicinity

References/proof of I. D required.
A month's rent will secure a booking and also serve as a deposit.
