This is a calm, clean, and independent home rather than a busy social flatshare. It would suit a working professional who values a peaceful environment.

You’ll be sharing with one other (myself). I keep the flat consistently clean and appreciate someone who does the same. Friendly and easy to get along with, but also respectful of space and independence.

Shared bathroom (with myself) and fully equipped kitchen.

I'm a friendly, approachable, creative person would describe myself as a social introvert, a somewhat dry sense of humour and many passions - not least writing, reading, diy, and taking care of my currently limited collection of plants. I hope to change that..
I work full time and the rest of the time I'm usually absorbed in one creative project or another.

Ideally you will be mature, considerate, easy-going, have a sense of humour, with a low drama attitude, someone who takes pride in keeping a shared home clean and comfortable.

The area is very well served with transport links, shops, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, several gyms, a cinema, GP surgery, hospital and libraries nearby
