Spacious double room in Islington.

Hello!! My roommate is moving out at on the 10th December as he is going travelling. The flat itself is located on the second floor and has a large living room with a dining table, Kitchen, Bathroom and washing machine, with the exception of a dishwasher.

The flat is 10min walk from Haggerston overground or a 5min bus (141 & 76) to old street station right outside the door. You are 5min walk from Regents canal and not much longer to Dalston and Angel.

I am 29 year old Quantity surveyor from Dublin and I have been living here for just over three years. I'm into all the usual stuff, a bit of exercise, golf and going out.

This area is full of energy with Central London right at your doorstep, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, gyms and more are all nearby.

Rent is currently 1125/month till next September. Rent has increased about £50/person year on year.

My only ask is that your clean in the kitchen and the bathroom. I'm up for having friends around etc. I'll be pretty busy during the week working, I WFH sometimes on a Friday, so you will have the place to yourself midweek if you like to WFH.

Council tax band C. Typically bills are £160 each in the summer for the following: Council tax / Energy / Water / Wifi. A little more in the winter with the heating being on.

Landlord agency typically asks for proof of employment and salary - Just FYI
