We are three sharers looking for someone to take up the master bedroom in our lovely house in Islington from 25th October 2026.
The room is spacious, includes a double bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a window looking out onto our large garden. We have a newly renovated kitchen/dining room which leads out to the garden, and a newly renovated shared bathroom (the house has two good sized bathrooms).
There is a nice light living room with plenty of space and we have a big TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Sky Sports, TNT Sport etc (don't worry you won't have to pay for these!)
The area is really well served by Highbury & Islington, Angel and Essex Road stations, loads of buses too. Islington is spoilt for good pubs, restuarants, bakeries, coffee shops etc everywhere you look. Tesco is 30 seconds walk away.
The three of us are good friends and very welcoming to new people.
The rent is £1,033 per month
Bills (council tax (Band E), internet, water, gas+electric) come to about £125 a month.
