We are three sharers in our late 20s looking for someone to take up the fourth bedroom in our lovely house in Islington from end of October 2026.
The room is spacious, has a double bed, chest of drawers and a desk. It also has a window looking out onto our large garden. There is a newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom which is shared with one other housemate (the house has two good sized bathrooms). We have a newly renovated kitchen/dining room which leads out to the garden.
There is a nice light living room with plenty of space and we have a big TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Sky Sports, TNT Sport etc (don't worry you won't have to pay for these!)
The area is really well served by Highbury & Islington, Angel and Essex Road stations, loads of buses too. Islington is spoilt for good pubs, restuarants, bakeries, coffee shops etc everywhere you look. Tesco is 30 seconds walk away.
The three of us are good friends and very welcoming to new people.
The rent is £1,033 per month
Bills (council tax (Band E), internet, water, gas+electric) come to about £125 a month.
