Sublet 2 Weeks In Highbury & Islington

I’m traveling for 2 weeks and my room will be available from the 28/09 until the 12/10. Ideal for someone who’s in between houses or visiting London, not suitable for someone with a lot of stuff.

The house: Cute and well kept house with garden, sharing with 3 lovely girls (not a party house), 4 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington station. My room is small so doesn’t fit any more furniture, but I’ll make sure you will have the entire wardrobe for yourself. Double glazed window, and next to the toilet which I find very handy. There’s also a 2nd toilet downstairs.

You: Decent human being, considerate and respectful with other people’s space. No-smoking inside the house.

Price is £440 for the 2 weeks (bills included) + £220 deposit (it will be transferred back to you on the 13/10) and I’m only accepting people that could stay/pay for the whole period. Xx
