• Desk in living room available for WFH

👋 Existing Flatmate
I'm a 27 y/o professional, working in software and finance between London and Cambridge, occasionally WFH. Always up for chats, tea, or a pint. I cook a lot, both to as meal prep (for interested flatmates as well!) and sometimes for dinner parties. Doing a part time PhD in Cambridge, sewing clothes, and a bunch of sport (cycling, aikido, sailing, skiing) in my spare time.

So far I've mostly lived with female friend as housemates, and massively preferred that over male friends. The last flatmate moved out due to their partner moving to London and finding a place together.

Looking for a tenant in their later 20s or early 30s who's sociable, tidy, and planning for mid to long term stay. Plus if you are up for alternating with cooking.
