Looking for a new flatmate to share my spacious, fully furnished penthouse apartment. It’s a 6‑minute walk from Highbury & Islington station which is very handy. The lift opens directly into the flat, which has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small private balcony perfect for a morning coffee. There is a big shared kitchen/living room. There’s secure bike storage in the building and an off‑licence just around the corner.

About me: I’m a 30‑year‑old management consultant from Australia and have been living in London for three years. I work from home around 2/3 days a week and partly from my office in Notting Hill. I’m easy‑going, tidy and sociable — I enjoy trying new food, playing tennis, watching TV and travelling whenever I can. The flat is furnished, but I’m happy to adjust things to make it feel like home for the right person
