Studio Flat Canal Boat

Loads of space 450square foot. I live on the boat next door, you get the place to yourself.

Any problems on the boat the owner will fix and at no expense to the lodger

kitchen and sofa area about 20x 7ft
Then bathroom 5 x 7 ft
Then bedroom 7x 7 ft
Then the engine room is 15 x 7
(You can use this as a study or storage area)

Just to add though the only bill is for coal to heat the place. You don't need the fire on during the day currently, just over night. You'd only need to spend about £60 on coal for the next couple weeks then forget about it till late October.
There's a washing machine but I'd prefer if you went to the launderette which is just a few mins walk
Water is free but it does run out. I'll need to come over and drive you to get water.
The boiler needs a service so for now I would recommend showering at the gym which is 5mins walk. I will get this fixed in a couple weeks though and you can have hot showers with great water pressure.
