Lovely flat in the heart of Islington

🏡 Bright, airy room available in Islington, London. The bedroom has a large bed (they call it a small double) and is fully furnished with mattress, a work desk, bookshelves, set of drawers and wardrobe. The flat has a large shared living room and a bright kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space all around the house.

📍Islingon - We're close to Highbury & Islington, Drayton Park, and Holloway Road tube stations. Regular bus services are within 5 - 10 walking distance. The area has plenty of local amenities: a range of grocery shops (Lidl, Iceland, Waitrose, Tesco, Whole Foods, Yoyohome, Asian and Middle Eastern grocery stores, and weekend farmer markets at the park), gyms, cute streets with cafes, boutique stores, bookshops and vintage shops, and of course the famous arsenal stadium. We are a 5 min walk to the gorgeous Highbury Fields park as well!

🗓️ Move-in date: Anytime between November 2026 - January 2027 (I am open to discussing an earlier move)

I am moving out of London as I have just finished my studies, and am sadly looking for someone to take over my position on an existing joint tenancy in this lovely place!

👩🏼👱🏻‍♂️👩🏻 The current tenants are a male and female both in their early 30s, working in central London:

Rhian: 31 years old, currently working as a Research Practitioner in an NHS hospital, interests include running, swimming, comedy, musicals, baking, adventure and exploring, and meeting friends.

Marc: 31 years old, currently a solicitor at a law firm. Interests include Hyrox, gym, music, theatre, comedy, bars/pubs. clubs, travel and outdoor meet ups and activities.

💖 As a house we’re calm, clean and who give each other a lot of respect and independent space. We enjoy activities together such as live comedy and theatre trips, and also stay-in film and board game nights, or just hanging out to chat.
