Bright, airy room available in North London very close to Highbury & Islington, Drayton Park and Holloway Road tube stations. The room has a large bed and is fully furnished with a desk, set of drawers, wardrobe and mattress. Regular bus services within 5 - 10 walking distance.
The area has plenty of local amenities: a range of grocery shops (Lidl, Iceland, Waitrose, Tesco, Whole Foods, Yoyohome, Asian and Middle Eastern grocery stores, and weekend farmer markets at the park), gyms, cute streets with cafes, boutique stores, bookshops and vintage shops, and of course the famous arsenal stadium. We are a 5 min walk to the gorgeous Highbury Fields park as well!
The flat has a large separate living room and a bright kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. The current tenants are a male and female both in their early 30s, working in central London.
I am moving out of London as I have just finished my studies and sad to go. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the area / housing process that can help you in making the best decision for you, as I understand that house hunting can be quite a huge task.

Rhian: 31 years old, currently working as a Research Practitioner in an NHS hospital, interests include running, swimming, comedy, musicals, baking, adventure and exploring, and meeting friends.
Marc: 31 years old, currently a solicitor at a law firm. Interests include Hyrox, gym, music, theatre, comedy, bars/pubs. clubs, travel and outdoor meet ups and activities.
As a house we’re calm, clean and who give each other a lot of respect and independent space. We enjoy activities together such as live comedy and theatre trips, and also stay-in film and board game nights, or just hanging out to chat.
