Cosy double room in large Islington flat

Hi guys!

Sadly my flatmate Charlotte is moving out in the coming months so her double room in our lovely Islington home is available for my next roomie.

Move in can be anytime before October 31st but I think she would appreciate sooner rather than later, but we can be flexible between us all.

The double bedroom is 10"3 x 8"7 so a cosy space but has a built in wardrobe, and there is plenty of storage throughout the flat (wardrobes, cupboards etc) that you are welcome to use. The bedroom has a big mezzanine window, and freshly installed blinds that are brand new and a neutral carpet. It is unfurnished, so you'd need your own bed/bedside tables etc.

Bills are approx 150 a month each, plus I have netflix, disney, nowtv, amazon etc that we can share if you would want that too!

The flat is 1300sqft, and very large for a 2 bed flat (hence the price). It is in a great community-first building, we have lovely neighbours, and is super convenient for transport links with Highbury & Islington a 10 min walk, or Holloway Road less than 2 minutes away with lots of shops near by.

The flat itself is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one main bathroom shared and one toilet downstairs), with a big living room and totally built in kitchen with everything you need. It's a very modern flat.

You'll be sharing with me and my 2 cheeky cats, who are siamese cross and love a cuddle. They are indoor cats so I'd love to live with someone who likes animals, and doesn't mind them being around.

I work in beauty marketing, I'm 29 and have lived in London for nearly 11 years. Eek. I'm super easy going & chilled, I like staying pretty local on weekends and on weekday evenings cooking, yoga/pilates, reading, the odd drink or two (but not a heavy drinker by any stretch),going for dinners at the new local hot spot and binge watching trash tv.

I'm very clean and tidy and considerate of our shared space, but I can't promise my bedroom will always be tidy ha. I take a lot of pride in my home and love design & interiors, so would love a flatmate who is equlally as happy to pitch in for nice homey things.
