🏡 En-Suite Room Available - Mid October

Hello everyone!

My current flatmate is moving out in mid-October, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

Before getting in touch:
The flat is best suited to a working professional who is able to undergo a landlord credit/reference check. I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and wants to live somewhere that feels like a home.

🛏️ The Bedroom
A decent-sized, fully furnished and carpeted bedroom with your own private en-suite bathroom.

🛋️ The Flat
The flat has a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a TV and two sofas, giving us a proper communal space to relax.

📍 The Area
Honestly, there’s so much on the doorstep.

We’re around a 10-minute walk from Emirates Stadium and only moments away from the high street, where you’ll find a Post Office, McDonald’s, hairdressers, Tesco, PureGym, an Odeon cinema and plenty more.

A little further down you’ve also got Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl, so there are loads of options for food shopping.

- Around 10 minutes’ walk to Finsbury Park Station
- Victoria Line
- Piccadilly Line
- Great Northern services
- Plenty of Lime bikes available locally
- Night buses

There’s also a community centre nearby and plenty of green space around the area.

🚭 House Rules / Living Style
There is zero tolerance for smoking inside the flat. I’m also open to arranging a weekly cleaner to help keep the communal areas maintained.
