Double attic room in lovely sunny Islington flat available 19th October!

We are a group of three aged between 26 and 29 working in social value, buying and theatre - we’re a cosy, tidy and relaxed household, and we’re really happy with the little home we’ve created. We’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy the space with us, be respectful, and contribute to the nice vibe we’ve got going.

A bit about us:
We love cooking together, chatting away in the kitchen, pub trips, evenings in the park, and getting creative.
We each have our own friendship groups and independent lives, but we also get on really well and enjoy hanging out as a house.

The area:
The flat is super well located for getting around London - we’re a 5 min walk from the Piccadilly line via Caledonian Road and a 15 minute walk from the overground via Caledonian Road & Barnsbury

The details:
* Move in date 19th October
* Individual contract (you’re not signing on as a group of four)
* 12-month contract but can extend
* £1014 per month
* Bills approx. £120-150 per person season dependent
* Arranging viewings evenings of 28th September to 1st October
* Furnished except for mattress (option to buy from outgoing tenant)
