The flat is roughly 120 square meters with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen.
The bedroom came unfurnished but happy to discuss leaving items if needs be. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the flatmates, Emma.
The flat is surrounded by great amenities with a large Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S a 10 minute walk towards Angel. It is a 7 minute walk to Highbury and Islington, 10 minute walk to Angel and has numerous bus stops.
The 2 current housemates are good friends of mine Alex (French-Dutch) and Emma (South African). Alex works in financial sales and Emma is an economist. Although things can get busy we enjoying hanging out over a pint when we can and trying new restaurants.
Beyond the practicalities, you will be living in one of the most vibrant areas of London, with great coffee spots like Jolene and Pophams, quaint pubs like the Draper Arms, Compton Arms and the Albion - along with an abundance of restaurants .
De Beauvoir and Newington Green are a stone’s throw away with Regent’s Canal being on your doorstep.
Please note that the flat doesn’t have WiFi due to limited coverage, but hotspotting and 4G work very well, including streaming and video calls.
The rent is £1169 per month and the deposit is £1384 with an anticipated move in date of Dec 6th.
