The flat is a a bright, airy and spacious 2-bedroom home located on Essex Road, with excellent transport links to both the City and West End. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are also just around the corner.
Upper Street with restaurants, coffee shops only 10 min walk away.
Highbury Fields is 10-15 mins walk.
Angel Station: 20 mins walk or 5 mins by bus
Essex Road Station: 5 mins walk
Highbury & Islington Station: 15 mins walk
Bus stop: Directly across the street, with buses towards Central, East, North and South London
The flat is on the 4th (top) floor of a quiet residential building and has a lift.
The master bedroom is bright and spacious, with lots of storage space. It comes furnished.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a shower room/toilet, and a separate WC.
Bills (Gas/Electricity/Water/Council tax/Internet) approximately £195/person.
