I’m looking for someone to take my room and join my best friend in a lovely 3-storey house in the heart of Islington as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

There's a flexible move in date, but it’s available any time from 1st November!

A little bit about who you would be living with - She’s a 29 year old Irish gal who’s lived in London for the past 5 years. She has worked in media for 8 years and currently works in tech sales. Outside of work she’s into keeping fit, trying new gym classes and exploring her hit list of restaurants, bars and cafés around London!

She’s looking for someone who's clean, sociable and easy-going and who likes a good balance of socialising and having their own space.

- Three-storey, two-bedroom house.

- Large en-suite bedroom with high ceilings and bay window.

- Fully equipped and spacious open-plan kitchen/dining area.

- Private garden.

- Washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.

- 10 min walk to Highbury & Islington station.

- 20 min walk to Angel Station.

- Amazing local pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

Rent per room: £2,063 per month + bills.
