We have a lovely double room available in a spacious 5-bedroom house in a great Islington location!

The house has plenty of communal space, including:

* 15-minute walk to Angel
* 10–15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington
* 15-minute walk to Canonbury

There are loads of great pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby

There are currently five of us, with one housemate moving out. We’re all working professionals, generally working Monday to Friday, with the occasional day working from home.

We’re a friendly, relaxed household and have a nice balance of being sociable while also doing our own thing. We enjoy catching up in the kitchen or living room and occasionally spending time together, but equally have our own lives and respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy-going who has their own independent lifestyle but also enjoys being part of a welcoming household.

To pass the referencing criteria, applicants must:

* Have an employment contract with a minimum duration of 6 months.
* Be able to pass referencing without a guarantor, as guarantors are not accepted.
