The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor of a block of flats with quiet and friendly neighbours. It’s got a decent sized living area and small balcony which gets the afternoon sun in summer. It’s in an amazing location between Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road stations, with everything you need a short walk away. For the price and location it’s a steal.

Would suit a friendly and chilled professional in their 30s who’s up for a chat and a drink every now and then but also has their own things going on. There is a small desk in the room to work from home a couple days a week but is best for a hybrid worker.

You’d be replacing me on the tenancy which runs until the end of March with the option to extend. The flat is managed by Chestertons and you’d need to be able to pass all the standard reference checks and have min salary of about £40k+. No students.
