Sunny Double Room in Islington/Caledonian Road

Hi there,

Hello! We are a friendly, easygoing household in a quiet corner of Islington, looking for a new housemate to join our home. To maintain the current house balance, we are looking for a female professional (no students, please) who is clean, considerate, and keen to settle into a relaxed environment.

Location
We are walking distance to shops, Highbury Fields, and excellent transport links (Piccadilly, Victoria, and Overground are all close by).

The House
A cosy living space and a garden (perfect for Summer!).
A fully equipped kitchen with two large fridges and plenty of cupboard space.

One upstairs bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs.
A weekly communal area cleaner included in the bills.

The Room
Lovely south-facing upstairs double room that gets plenty of sunlight. Lots of storage.

The Housemates
You’d be joining three professionals (30+). We are independent and respect each other's space/downtime, but we get on well and keep the house a happy, tidy environment.

Paola (Italian): Works in a museum, loves swimming and cooking.
Karl (German): Researcher, enjoys the gym and socializing.
Harry (English): Researcher, plays rugby, like cooking

Ideally Looking For
To maintain the current house dynamic, we are looking for a female professional aged 30+.

As the house is quite cosy, we are looking for someone who does not normally work from home (the occasional is fine).

Cleanliness
We take pride in a tidy home, so looking for someone likeminded!

The Details
Rent: £726.75 pcm
Bills: Approx. £150-170 per month (include water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet, Council Tax Band D, and garden waste removal/upkeep, weekly cleaner)
