Hey! I’m leaving my room at the IQ Student accommodation The Arcade so I’m looking for a replacement [tenancy takeover] :)

The room is fully furnished and modern with a lot of storage space and a sink. The flat has a common kitchen and 3 bathrooms of which one has a shower, one has a toilet, and one has both. The building has laundry machines and dryers as well as vacuum cleaners and mops.
It’s located in Islington, well connected to everything, and right next to tons of markets, restaurants and street food.
The current flatmates are very friendly and quiet, I’m leaving to go live with a friend of mine :)
