Social Sublet - 6month with possible extension

Hello!

We have a large furnished room available now in our lovely, spacious house share in Islington, close to Angel and Highbury & Islington stations. We’re a social, easy-going household, looking for someone who’d enjoy calling it home.

The house has a big shared living room, separate kitchen/dining room, a dedicated shared office, two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, and a big garden. An unusual amount of space for this part of London, which we’ve all become quite attached to!

The room is £1,000 a month and available now for a rental period of about 6 months (until 30th April), however there may be the possibility of extension.

It is a massive and freshly painted room, with plenty of natural light, and furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and large wardrobe.

Council tax is included in the rent. All other bills come to approximately £100 each per month, including a cleaner who comes every three weeks. We all do our bit to keep things clean in between.

Who you’d be living with

We’re Nicole, Simon and Summer, aged 30–32, working in design, tech sales and pharmaceuticals, with a mix of office days and working from home. We’ve lived here together for over four years and enjoy pub trips, finding a good show we can all get behind, and the odd holiday together. Everyone has their own friends and routines too, so while we’re keen for someone social, we’re all happy doing our own thing as well.

We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going professional, ideally around 28-34, who enjoys spending time with their housemates and does their bit around the house. No couples sorry.
