Smart double. Top floor apt. Walk to Kings Cross!

Fab king-size double-bed room in a period building.
It’s a top-floor walk-up, so you’ll stay fit, but then you can enjoy views over the trees to the beautiful park and London skyline.
It's quiet thanks to rock-solid walls. Would suit a working daily professional or mature student.
A friendly place, not a wild party place, sharing with me, media professional.
Bike yard, 2nd toilet room, spacious living room, complimentary wi-fi,
washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Near gym, park, tennis courts and Caledonian Road tube (just 11-mins tube ride to Leicester Square) or a 15-minute walk to King Cross restaurants/bars.

Available July.
No couples, no smokers, no pets, no problem.
(Short let considered 1400pm) (Monday-to-Friday £800)

I look forward to hearing from you. :-)
