Room in 2 bed near central - short or long rentals

Hi,

My room is available for short let now untill 9th november.

If you wanted from the 9th of November my housemate is also leaving and you could take the flat rental on with a friend or someone else.

Nice big room, with great access to the roof. It’s awesome in summer.

The flat is basic and small down stairs, but cosy and in a great location!
Vauxhall, Oval, kennington, elephant and castle stations all in walking distance. The bus stop outside the door takes you to brixton in 15 minuets. I walk to work in victoria each morning and can get anywhere in central london in 20 minuets.

Flat is above a cafe with anouther flat above us. The land lord is nice and super chilled.

Looking for someone to move in early to mid august but get in touch if you need sooner. Prefer a female to move in as my flat mate is also female however respectfull guys can get in touch. We’re a chilled flat on week days.
